Song, rhythm, and time in the living world bring us back into relationship. I create and facilitate gatherings on the Mendocino Coast where people can listen deeply, find their voices, and meet one another with presence.

A welcoming circle of voice, rhythm, and intuitive expression. We use simple songs, drums, and listening to make space for connection and creative discovery. No performance experience is needed.

Honey Hive Ensemble

A Mendocino Coast women’s collective weaving song, drum, movement, and community. The ensemble creates space for women’s voices to be heard together, from intimate gatherings to shared performances.

Forest Tuning

A guided, screen-free immersion in the forests of Mendocino, co-created with Aeon Karris of Know the Self Academy. Through movement, rhythm, silence, and reflection, we slow down and renew our relationship with place. Group size is limited so there is room to listen and be present.
