I am a consultant, artist, educator, and cultural practitioner rooted on the Mendocino Coast.

Raised off-grid among the redwoods, I learned early that creativity, community, and the living world are inseparable. My work has grown from that understanding: helping people and organizations remember what matters, clarify the stories guiding their choices, and create practices that support meaningful change.

My Work

For more than two decades, I have worked across regenerative communications, music, education, performance, cultural production, and community engagement.

As a consultant, I help organizations bring their values, strategy, culture, and public story into alignment. My work with Thanksgiving Coffee Company has included sustainability reporting, brand narrative, regenerative strategy, and preserving the legacy of a pioneering mission-driven company.

As an artist and facilitator, I use rhythm, voice, movement, story, and place to create experiences of connection. I developed Intuitive Drum Song as a practice for helping people reconnect with their authentic voice, embodied creativity, and relationship with the living world.

I am also the founder of Bee Bold Alliance, where ecological storytelling, biodiversity, youth leadership, and cultural collaboration come together. My community work has included co-producing the Mendocino Film Festival’s first Native Cinema program, developing The Forest Grandmothers, supporting Indigenous-led gatherings, and creating participatory cultural experiences on the Mendocino Coast.

A Practice Rooted in Relationship

My work has been shaped by jazz improvisation and world rhythm studies at The New School, theatrical training at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, years of performance and teaching, regenerative business development, and participation in the international Learning From the Bees gatherings.

I have learned from artists, culture bearers, ecological practitioners, community leaders, bees, forests, and the waters of the North Pacific.

Across every form my work takes, I return to the same questions:

What are we being asked to remember?

What wants to come into greater alignment?

What becomes possible when creativity is restored as a source of individual and collective authority?

My work centers on Intuitive Drum Song (IDS) – a transformative practice that guides individuals toward profound self-discovery and ecological reconnection.

  • Drawing from Nordic and Celtic ancestral lineages, I integrate mystic traditions of drum, song, and dance. This approach reveals how our inner imaginal realms directly influence our external material world, creating pathways for meaningful transformation.

    I am deeply rooted in the ancient Redwood forests of California, and my work is informed by the profound wisdom of natural ecosystems. From the Madrone, Cedar and Oak, to the waters of the North Pacific – they are not just landscapes, but powerful allies in our journey of personal and collective regeneration.

  • My collaborative work with bee communities has been particularly revelatory. As a key participant in the International Learning From the Bees Conferences, I've explored the profound "Hive Mind" principles of:

    • Collaborative ecosystem design

    • Reciprocal relationships

    • Collective resilience

    • Biodiversity as a core strategy for planetary health

    This inspired the creation of the Bee Bold Alliance – a regenerative network dedicated to supporting food security, biodiversity, and systemic ecological healing.
